Dr. Kobchai Jitsakula, President of Alliance Française - Thai, Chiang Rai and Chairman of the Board of Greenwing Co., Ltd., Mr. Pierre Colliot, Vice Chancellor and Cultural and Cooperation Advisor to the French Embassy in Thailand, Mr. Christian Merer, Director of Alliance Française - Bangkok, Mr. Guy Heidelberger, Director of Alliance Française-Thai, Chiang Rai opened and delivered “Les Petits Eléphants de Chiang Rai” and admire art on elephants from 60 artists Mr. Somluk Pantiboon, Chairman of the Chiang Rai Artist Fund participated the event at the ABCR, Chiang Rai Province.
