Chiang Rai Art Elephant at Chiang Rai Asean Flower Festival

Dr. Kobchai Jitsakula, President of Alliance Française - Thai, Chiang Rai, as the founder of "Les Petits Eléphants de Chiang Rai", brought Chang Rai Art Elephant to exhibit at the Chiang Rai ASEAN flower festival 2015 from December 24, 2015 - January 10, 2016, which was held for the 4th year in a row by bringing more than 90 elephants to be exhibited at the event.
